NICHOLAS E. CHIMICLES, ESQ. is the founder and senior partner of Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson- Smith LLP, a 20-lawyer law firm with offices in Haverford PA and Wilmington DE that specializes in representing consumers and investors in class action litigation. Mr. Chimicles is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Virginia School of Law, and has served as a member of the board of directors of numerous nonprofit organizations that serve the underrepresented and underprivileged. Mr. Chimicles has received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and numerous professional honors and recognitions, and is a member of Leadership 100 and the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate. He and his wife Kathleen have four children and three grandchildren and live in Devon PA.
