ALEXANDROS (ALECO) HARALAMBIDES is President and a founding member of the Archimedean Schools—public charter schools that are conservatories of mathematics and the Greek language. Aleco is an active real estate investor in South Florida and has also been an attorney for over thirty years. In 2004 he formed a company called Aristo Mortgage Investments to invest in equity-based mortgages and nonperforming mortgage loans. Aleco has also been an attorney for twenty years. He served as President of the American Hellenic Institute from 2009 to 2010.
