Ted Argeroplos
SOTERIOS THEODORE ARGEROPLOS is currently the owner/CEO of AMA Systems, LLC based out of Columbia, MD and he opened his business in 2000. His company partners to work with most major and fortune 1000 corporations in the USA (such as American Express, VISA, etc.) AMA Systems is one of the largest point redemption fulfillment houses in the world as it relates to consumer electronics/products distributors in the point redemption industry and Special Markets. Another division of the company deals with International Trade of many types of products throughout the world's free trade zones. Ted was invited to speak in Davos, Switzerland at the World Economic Forum as it relates to world hunger and new technologies. In addition, he is a philanthropist and supports many local and national charities. Most recently he managed and orchestrated a historic realignment of more than 23 parishes in Central and South America to the Greek Orthodox Church with many more to follow. Ted also helped to develop and launch the Global Archon Education Curriculum ”The Sprouts Program” which is to educate the 300 million Greek Orthodox followers of the Ecumentical Partiach Bartholomew and his initiatives. Ted is a Founder of the Ecumentical Partiach Bartholomew Foundation. He is an Archon of the Ecumentical Patriarchate and serves on several committees. He is a fulfilled and active member of Leadership 100. He serves on the board of the Panhellenic Scholarship Foundation. He is a supporter of Cystic Fibrosis and member of the National Hellenic Society and a Supporter of the American Hellenic institute. Ted also underwrites several projects both domestically and internationally to support the Greek Orthodox community. Ted also supports Okay to Play, a nonprofit organization that provides assistance to underprivileged children. Ted earned his BS in Business at Ohio State University and earned his Master of Science degree at Johns Hopkins University. He worked as a financial wholesaler for several years before starting his own business, AMA Systems.
