AHI Joins AHEPA Family Capitol Hill Day Advocacy Meetings

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The American Hellenic Institute joined AHEPA during its annual AHEPA Family Capitol Hill Day on May 14, 2026, participating in a day of advocacy on issues important to the Greek American community. AHI President Nick Larigakis and Legislative Assistant Will Martin participated.
“I have always appreciated the close working relationship over the years between AHI and AHEPA,” Larigakis said. “Our meetings were productive. Congratulations to AHEPA for a job well done.”
Larigakis, a member of AHEPA Chapter 438, Falls Church, Va., and Martin met with three Virginia congressional offices, including U.S. Senator Mark Warner and U.S. Representatives Don Beyer and James Walkinshaw, who represent parts of the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC.
