WASHINGTON - U.S. Representative Dan Goldman (D-NY) has co-sponsored H.R. 3307: The Eastern Mediterranean Gateway Act. He is the first Member of Congress to join the bill’s introducer, Rep. Brad Schneider (D-IL), and original leads, Co-Chairs and Vice Co-Chairs of the Congressional Caucus on Hellenic Issues, Representatives Chris Pappas (D-NH), Gus Bilirakis (R-FL), Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), and Dina Titus (D-NV).
Rep. Goldman is a member of the Congressional Israeli Hellenic Alliance (CHIA) and has been a rising star on issues relevant to US relations with Israel, Greece, and the Republic of Cyprus. AHI applauds his initiative on this bill and his proactivity on policy important to U.S. interests in the Eastern Mediterranean region.
