AHI Summer Intern Class Visits Cypriot Embassy, Joined by Ambassador

 

The 2025 AHI Summer Intern Class with Cypriot Ambassador Evangelos Savva and AHI Executive Director Zac Cotronakis at the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus.

WASHINGTON -On July 9, the 2025 Summer Intern Class was hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus to the United States. They were warmly welcomed by Ambassador Evangelos Savva and briefed by Congressional Affairs Liaison Andronikos Stylianou. They were joined by AHI Executive Director Zac Cotronakis.

Ambassador Savva joined the intern class and emphasized the importance of the Republic of Cyprus’ relationship with the United States. Mr. Stylianou echoed the Ambassador’s comments and gave the students a briefing on the Embassy’s role in Washington.  

“We extend our deepest appreciation to our friends at the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus for their commitment to the education of our community’s next generation,” said Zac Cotronakis, Executive Director of AHI. “We’re grateful for their trademark hospitality and we look forward to continuing to introduce our intern class to the relevant stakeholders around Washington.”
