AHI Applauds Rep. Grace Meng for Introducing United States-Greece Security Cooperation Reporting Act

No. 52

WASHINGTON - The American Hellenic Institute (AHI) applauds Congresswoman Grace Meng (D-NY) and co-leads Rep. Gus Bilirakis (R-FL), Rep. Dina Titus (D-NV), and Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), for introducing H.R.4343, the “United States-Greece Security Cooperation Reporting Act.” This legislation would allow the U.S. to gain information needed to potentially increase its utilization of Greece's geostrategic locations, including Alexandropolis.

AHI thanks Congresswoman Grace Meng for her continued leadership on U.S.-Greece defense relations, which is the cornerstone of the bilateral relationship between the two countries.

In addition to AHI, this legislation is supported by the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA), the Hellenic American Leadership Council (HALC), and the Daughters of Penelope.
